Homes are available for check-in at 4:00 p.m. While we make every attempt to accommodate early arrivals, we cannot guarantee room availability before 4:00 p.m. However, you are welcome to make a note on your reservation and we can have our cleaners notify you as soon as your home is available.
Departure is at 10 a.m. We ask that used towels and clothes be placed in the provided laundry baskets and that the porch light is turned on when you leave. This lets our cleaners know the home is ready for them.
A 30% deposit will be taken at the time of reservation. We will send an email reminder one week before check in with a secure link for you to pay the remaining balance due. An email will then be sent containing the door code and address for your home.
Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival will result in a full refund of your deposit. If your reservation is cancelled between 29 – 15 days of arrival we will gladly move your full deposit to new dates of equal or greater value than your existing reservation.
If your reservation is cancelled inside 15 days of arrival, half of your original deposit will be forfeited and the remainder of your deposit will be moved to your new reservation dates.
All of our homes have a strict non-smoking policy. A fine of $100 will be charged if we find that this policy has not been followed. However, each of our homes comes equipped with a deck/patio that you are welcome to use.
Sadly none of our homes are pet friendly. If this changes, we will be sure to update this page and note it in the home's description!
